Join us to hear from Kathryn about her experience getting her MEM degree while working full-time as well as transitioning into a leadership role and the skill sets required to be a successful leader.

About our speaker: As a Complaint Engineering Manager, Kathryn leads the team in investigating product failures and implementing corrective actions and continuous improvements. She collaborates with customers and suppliers to ensure priority concerns are addressed as well as working internally to share the voice of the customer and address quality concerns. To expand her knowledge of the manufacturing process and identify gaps, Kathryn also works as an internal auditor for the site in accordance with ISO 9001. Previously, she worked as a Quality Engineer with the same team and as a Rotation Associate with Integra LifeSciences.
Kathryn earned a Master of Engineering Management from Cornell University through their distance learning program while working full-time and holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
