Our final Fireside Chat for this year was with Aditya Iyer, Product Strategy and Operations at YouTube and USC MEM alumni on 22 November 2024.

Master of Engineering Management (MEM) students aspire to be leaders and leverage their understanding of both technology and business; be it leading projects, people, products or technology.

Aditya (Adi) has worked at the intersection of technology and analytics throughout his career, starting at WayFair, moving to Amazon, Google and now YouTube, where he now spearheads product promotions to drive ecosystem growth.

He credits MEM with giving him the knowledge and skills that enable him to engage effectively with all stakeholders from the engineering team to C-level executives.
